Terms & Conditions
• Minimum order of $1,000
• Minimum Re-Order of $250. All re-orders are Net 30.
• MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) must be upheld until Feb. 15, 2020
• In-Season Sales Opportunity: 1/17/20 - 1/20/20 Products can be advertised and sold in Brick & Mortar/Online Store/Social Channels up to 20% off.
• The use of Amazon FBA, FBM, and SFP and any other third party selling websites is strictly prohibited (such as eBay, Etsy, etc). Use of owned merchant channel/profiles such as Instagram, Facebook, and registered business websites are allowed.
• Grand Total does not include Shipping Cost. Shipping (based on weight, size, and destination) will be included in final invoice
Orders will ship as follows unless otherwise specified by the Dealer:
• T-shirts, glassware, stickers and available accessories estimated to begin shipping 9/15/19 or earlier if possible
• All other apparel and headwear estimated to begin shipping 10/15/19 or earlier if possible
• All items shipped via FedEx Ground from Devens, MA with Ski The East account, unless otherwise specified
• Invoice emailed within 5 business days of order shipment
• 3% Transaction Fee on all Credit Card payments
• Invoices 30 days past due will be charged 1.5% interest per month and are subject to Loss of Volume Incentives/ Pre-Season Discount
• Dealer contact information will be listed on "Dealer Locator Map" page: skitheeast.net/apps/store-locator
• NEW 2019/20 DEALER AGREEMENT: All dealers must sign forthcoming dealer agreement document before items will ship. Ski The East will send via email in Summer 2019.
• CLAIMS: Claims for defective merchandise, shortages, delays, or failures in shipment or delivery, or for any other cause, shall be deemed waived and released by Dealer, unless made in writing within ten days after arrival of the merchandise.
• CANCELLATION/RETURNED MERCHANDISE: An order placed with and accepted by Ski The East can be cancelled, changed, or returned only with our consent. Cancellations or changes to an order must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to scheduled ship date. Shipping cost for returns will be paid for by Dealer unless Ski The East was responsible for an error.
• WARRANTY: All Ski The East products have a 1 year warranty. Products purchased at Dealer location that are returned by purchaser due to warranty issues will be replaced at no cost at Ski The East's discretion. Not covered under warranty are damages caused by normal wear and tear or improper care / accident. Shipment of replacement products will be paid for by Ski The East.
